Director of CSU Todos Santos
Kim Kita is director of CSU Todos Santos, where she opened and leads CSU’s international educational Center in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. With two master’s degrees (finance and management), and backgrounds in case management, government finance, and higher education, Kim’s varied skills blend to guide CSU’s programs and presence in Todos Santos.
Kim leads program development in collaboration with faculty and staff at CSU and other Universities, organizes retreats and working groups for nonprofits and other organizations, leads site visits and orientations to CSU Todos Santos, develops and manages budgets, co-creates team culture, and is the CSU liaison with STRATA. Kim lives and works in both Colorado and Todos Santos and has a passion for cultural immersion and exchange.
