Join us in Todos Santos for Spanish immersion!
Spanish Immersion at CSU Todos Santos introduces students to the language, customs, and cultural aspects such as the history, traditions, art, and lifestyle in the region of Baja California Sur, México. Learn about Mexican culture, celebrate local holidays and customs, visit the region’s parks and UNESCO World Heritage Site, and practice Spanish with native speakers.
Immersion programs consist of three weeks online as initial preparation and one week in person in Todos Santos. The programs provide diverse language learning opportunities through a content-based learning approach that caters to individuals who want a customizable learning experience yet still prioritize receiving a high-level education.
Program includes:
- Three weeks of online Spanish instruction via Zoom
- Ten nights lodging at CSU Todos Santos (on-campus rooms with ensuite bathrooms & A/C)
- Course materials
- Excursions:
- One-night stay in El Triunfo (mining tour & cemeteries visit)
- One-night stay at Rancho Cacachilas
- Visits to Punta Lobos and Cerritos Beach
- Most breakfasts and lunches, plus welcome dinner
- Round-trip ground transportation for excursions
Not included:
- Airfare and airport transfers (referrals available)
- Tips for guides/activities
- Dinners (except welcome dinner), plus Sunday breakfasts and lunches
- Taxi services (if preferred over walking into town)
