Julio is from Todos Santos and studied Agronomy at the University of Baja California Sur. He is married and has two daughters. He feels happy to work at CSU as a maintenance man, it keeps him busy and learning new things. His hobbies are baseball and fishing. He loves the peacefulness in Todos Santos.
