Associate Director
Idalia Paz y Puente is the CSU Todos Santos Associate Director. She has a master’s degree in business management and a bachelor’s degree in international law. She has experience working both in the public sector and with private initiatives where she had the opportunity to work in the operative, administrative, and logistics areas among others.
Idalia leads CSU Todos Santos Center operations, applies her legal expertise to maintain legal compliance within the municipality of La Paz, manages professional services relationships, and attends to every aspect of daily operations from facility maintenance to kitchen services to wellness support for students and participants. Born in La Paz, her maternal family is native to Todos Santos. Idalia enjoys working in multicultural teams because of the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with others.
